You will learn first-hand how what goes into running and recruiting an agency. From attending networking events and developing branded materials to resume scanning and candidate interviews, everything that you do will revolve around the culture and people of our company. Your work will directly impact the way our agency operates on a day-to-day basis and how we work with our clients to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applicants for various roles
- Schedule/manage and confirm interviews with candidates
- Engage in passive recruiting campaigns
- Support in optimizing current recruiting process
- Review HR tools
- Strategize recruiting campaigns and organize cultural events
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)

Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or recent college graduate
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, public relations, marketing or related field
- Time management skills
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Superb writing skills
- Creative presentation abilities
